大家好!我叫何安然这次我的演讲就像是一个分享者在分享一样，所以我希望大家不用太紧张。只要静下心来聆听就可以了。

你们都应该知道行为调整课吧，是学堂的一项核心课程。也可以说是黄金课程。我就在这个学期尝试了一下。行为调整课，收获还蛮多的。现在，我就给大家来分享一下我的收获吧!首先，我要给大家分享一下我认为在我行为调整干活的时候比较有趣的一些小事件!

1、我干的有一项活就是扫食堂前面的那一条道，要扫的一片叶子也没有。刚开始我干的时候还觉得很简单，不就是一个扫地嘛!谁不会呀。但是扫到越后面，我就开始烦了。因为在那一条道上面有一颗一年四季都掉叶子的树，然后上面的叶子看上去很容易掉下来，风一吹，就摇摇晃晃的。结果风越来越大，叶子就不停地掉下来，我呢，就辛苦的扫。结果扫了一上午，才扫了那一条道的一半。虽然我只干了这么一点点，但是我还是很有荣誉，应为我在干活的时候，是全身心投入的去干的，没有分心。所以我很有荣誉和成就感。

2、我觉得对我第二项有趣的活就是：锄地。刚开始干的时候我就没有用自己的心去干，不知道自己现在到底在做什么，自己的身份和责任是什么。第一是效率没有提升，第二就是我砸到地里面的每一下锄头都不踏实。本来我还没有意识到这个问题的，但是等老师来检查的时候，一看就知道我没有用心干，我知错后，就赶紧去改。每砸进一次地里面都是用全身的力气去使力，我的感觉就是地下还有一个大地撑着你，让你感觉到很踏实。注：我在翻地的过程中，还有一次差一点就砸中我的脚了!

这就是我觉得这次行为调整课中我觉得比较有趣的两件事，在从中我还真正的认识了自己的心，(这就是我这次行为调整收获做大的)知道了自己的心到底需要什么，你要怀有一个什么样的心态去做事，宇宙才会回馈给你正面的东西。

在此，我想告诉大家，人生的行为教育是十分重要的，你的一言一行都可以给周围的人展现出来你是一个什么样的人。所以大家要关注自己随时随刻在做什么，给别人展示的身份是什么哦!

很多人认为能讲的人口才就好，这个观念是不正确的。比如说泼妇骂街，她一整天都可以在街上骂，说个不停，但真的要派上用场，给她个场面时，她不一定说得出来。口才好的人，话不在多，精辟就行。能把话说到精辟的，首先一定要听好，只有听好了，才能说得好。

在听时，尤其要听出别人的言外之意，听说别人的话中话。

很多人会说我也知道，但我真不知道怎么去听，我怎么听都听不出来别人的言外之意。在这里，我就给大家提几点意见。

一、用心倾听。跟别人交流时，不要心不在焉，提高自己的注意力，听明白别人说的话。

二、积极思考。听了后要思考，要去想一想，别人为什么要这么说，他这么说的原因是什么，他想要表达的意思是什么等等，一开始时可能你想不到，但只要你记在心里，过一段时间后，慢慢就会明白别人的言外之意了，然后再去心去体会，去总结，如果下次碰到这样的情况，别人大概是在表达什么意思的，逐渐的，你的倾听言外之意的能力，就会越来越强。
